Facebook has just released a brand new Messenger application for the PC that allows you to chat, video, and voice chat with people no matter if you're not connected to its website. The company is already making its new desktop Messenger application available worldwide. This new application, developed by Facebook, gives you instant messaging features in addition to many of the same advanced features of your Facebook account. The new software lets you send friends' messages, post to your walls, make new friends, interact with your friends, and create groups of your friends.
Like other Facebook applications, the new application provides the ability to add applications to your home screen and the ability to perform simple tasks such as sending messages and adding contacts. Some of these tasks can be done by clicking on the Messenger icon while others will require that you have access to the desktop application itself. While there are some basic steps for using this application, the full functionality of this new desktop application is only known by users who have used it before.
The Messenger App for PC works much like the typical Facebook messenger application. To start chatting, first, click on the message button that appears when you start the program. You will then have access to your messenger inbox, which is divided into various categories, including News Feed, Profile, Chat, Friends, Likes, Favorites, and Settings. You can also search your messenger inbox by category. Once you have found what you want to do, click on it and you can send the message or start a chat by selecting send.
After sending a message, you will then be able to select the Messenger App for PC from the Messenger window. Click on the 'Settings' option to go to the settings menu.
