You can also define a group in the “Add-Computer Properties” if you want to have multiple groups for different users. You also need to join these groups if you want to use the Remote Desktop service.

When you first start working on your user's computer, you will be given a desktop that contains a desktop sharing tool, the Remote Desktop Access toolbar, and other icons that you need to use when you connect to the server. The Remote Desktop Access toolbar allows you to launch remote desktop software by pressing a single button. The toolbar displays programs that allow you to connect to remote computers without opening your desktop. by pressing the “Connect” button. The toolbar has a shortcut to the Remote Desktop Access button that you can click and move from desktop to open the application you want to use.

The Remote Desktop Access toolbar lets you manage various resources associated with the remote desktop such as the user name and password, groups, remote desktop type and status, and ports. You can also open a desktop sharing application or select a desktop sharing icon to share the desktop with the Remote Desktop Access software. When you are connected to the server, you can manage the different resources such as the hardware, network, documents, folders, users and passwords, and other network resources.
